Owner-led craftsmanship across Northeast Cincinnati

With more than 45 years in the green industry, Tom brings an elite level of expertise to every design: complete outdoor environments, from planting plans and living streams to water features and circulation.

An avid gardener and viburnum breeder, Tom bred and introduced the “Snowy River” viburnum, now represented and sold internationally by Star® Roses and Plants.

He grew up in Oxford, graduated from Miami University in 1986 and earned his Master's in Landscape Architecture from the University of Michigan in 1988. He later taught for 21 years as an adjunct professor in the horticulture program at the University of Cincinnati, and spent 17 years at Earthscapes in Loveland and 16 years at Natorp's in Mason before joining TJs.

Alex joined TJs in 2017 and has spent the past eight years helping bring outdoor spaces to life across Greater Cincinnati, growing into one of our most trusted leaders.

Whether it's a detailed patio, a retaining wall or a complete outdoor living space, Alex loves the challenge of building something families can enjoy for years. He especially enjoys working with Unilock products and believes quality materials and equipment are essential to getting the job done right.

Nick joined TJs in the summer of 2022 and leads our maintenance mowing crews, keeping residential and commercial properties looking their best throughout the year.

He takes pride in the details, from clean, crisp mowing lines and sharp edges to making sure no debris is left behind when the job is finished. His go-to equipment is his 48-inch walk-behind mower and BR 800 blower.

Craig keeps day-to-day operations moving by scheduling projects, answering customer questions, ordering materials and supporting our crews in the field. His favorite part of the job is the people, and along the way he's learned to run everything from a mini skid steer to loaders and excavators.

As TJ's oldest son, Logan started with the company on the crews as a field laborer while attending the University of Cincinnati. He then spent eight years in sales, management and commercial banking, including roles as a Business Banker at U.S. Bank and Assistant Vice President at PNC Bank, before returning home to the family business.

Today, Logan leads marketing, client relations and account management, pairing his commercial banking background with hands-on field experience to support property managers and homeowners from their first estimate through project delivery.
